I have been experimenting for some time with an r/w bunny thumper and sword condition dealer.

It has been so fun, but with what I've read about the assassin..

Looks like assassins are a mix between a ranger and a warrior.. but have better abillities and such..

Let's just hope r/w don't go extinct..

I predict a sharp rise of touch rangers very soon...

Since we have a spider we should be able to have a badger or a hawk ^^ I've been wondering why does anyone want that cursed spider.

But I love the Ideas except the face liting,how could a vendor to a plastic surgery on your character :/

but I agree with all of the others.

Elite Stance - Kneel movement slowed 50% (screwed if something gets to you ) Damage and range are increased.

i agree new weapons wud be gr8, i like the sound of whips,maybe link them to BM?
crossbows are good aswell, maybe give them longer rnage than bow, but slower re fire rate.

new pets are a must, i want my battle hawk!

come on ppl MORE SUGGESTIONS!

i hope the designers of guild wars read these threads

Ummm... You do realize this thread is 8 months old, right? I don't keep track of updates, but odds are that these ideas were implemented after the thread was created. If they weren't, then someone else probably would have noticed it(didn't read the whole thread) and told the OP so.

btw, lightblade, i think ppl meant when they use firey bow strings etc, and icy arrows and air/lightning arrow look like normal arrows.
and the haling spring is very difficult to notice, there is an effect but its not very clear or noticable. i agree with the stealth thing though, there isnt much use to it.

New Ranger Elite Skill:

Beast Master: (New skill)
Skill Cost: 10 | Skill Recharge: 15 | Cast Time: Instant
When equipped, this skill allows control of 2 animals in battle. When used on an allied animal, this skill will apply health regeneration of 1-6 for 10 sec or resurrect fallen allied animal.

Animal Slots: Give rangers ability to charm multiple animals (say 4-6) and choose which one they want to take into battle with them. Animals are one form of a rangers "weapon" styles. Just as all classes can choose to change weapons depending on circumstances, rangers should be allowed to choose which pet to travel with them through a mission/quest/explorable area depending on the terrain.

sounds good, i like the idea of merging pet res and charm animal in one, and the multiple animal thing is good aswell, but i prefer the pet storage idea, so that this dosent have to be elite would work great if they introduced more pets or more variables to pets like armour, attack speed/power etc
